Refund & Re-invocation Policy
At Dev Aastha, every puja booking is scheduled specifically for the devotee. We request all users to read this policy carefully before making a booking.
Refund Policy
Once a puja booking has been successfully confirmed, the amount paid is generally non-refundable because the arrangements for the puja begin immediately.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same booking.
- Payment deducted but booking not generated due to a verified technical failure.
- Puja cancelled by Dev Aastha and an alternative arrangement is not accepted by the customer.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within the applicable banking timeline.
Re-invocation Policy
If a scheduled puja cannot be completed due to unavoidable reasons such as temple restrictions, natural events, priest unavailability, or other operational circumstances beyond our control, Dev Aastha may arrange for the puja to be performed again on the next available auspicious date without any additional charge.
The revised puja date and relevant updates will be communicated to the customer through the registered contact details.
Cancellation by Customer
Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accepted because temple arrangements and ritual preparations begin immediately after confirmation.
Force Majeure
Dev Aastha shall not be held responsible for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, temple closures, public emergencies, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
